I am 5'6.
Starting Weight: 150 lbs

Goal 1 (June 15th): Lose 15 Pounds
Goal 2 (July 4th): Lose 5 more

End Goal: 130 lbs and Strong! :)

...I have set my first goal for June 15th because that is my graduation date and I would love to look amazing for it! hehe
and 4th of July is my second goal because well, it's fourth of July and I would love to play Beach volleyball with everyone this year and not feel self conscious.

I plan to lose the weight in a healthy way at the rate of 1-3 lbs per week.
I know that I usually lose the first 5lbs pretty quickly and then after that it slows down, that is just how my body works.
I am really going to have to push it to hit my goals, but I am ready for it!

Losing Twenty Pounds In Twenty Days

In this article, you'll learn an exercise routine that can help you lose twenty pounds in just twenty days with out any kind of dieting. But when you follow the routine you should not increase your food intake but just follow your normal food intake. You should get at least six to eight hours of sleep every night when you follow this routine. Otherwise there is a chance that you will increase your weight if you sleep less.

You should follow this routine without missing it any day and follow it in this order for burning the maximum fat.

Here is the routine to lose weight:

1) Jog for five minutes every day. You should start your workout by jogging because it'll cause a greater impact on your muscular areas when you do the other exercises.

2) Do push ups. 8 reps and 2 sets of push ups every day can burn the fat near the chest and the shoulders.

3) Do free squats. Doing free squats can burn fat near your legs, bottoms and the abs. It'll burn the fat of three muscular parts at once.

4) Do Cycling. Cycling will also help you lose your weight fast. Cycle for five minutes every day and you can lose weight very quickly.

5) Jumping can also help you lose fat. Jump frequently without stopping for five minutes.

6) Also perform sit ups for burning fat near the abs. 2 sets and 10 reps will do well.

Increase the five minutes of jogging, cycling and jumping to ten after five days and also increase the reps to 15 for your exercises. Also increase it by a few sets. With this plan you can really lose weight in just twenty days without any problem.

Need To Lose Love Handles Fast?

Do you want to lose love handles fast? Follow the simple instructions given here. You probably know by now that love handles are the accumulation of excess fat around your abdomen. It occurs due to a sedentary lifestyle in a genetically predisposed person. It is not that each and every obese person will eventually develop love handle. Those are genetically prone (have similar history in their family members) to having a pot belly. There are several options available to help you lose love handles fast.

Exercise is one of them- the next best thing you can do is undergo a surgical procedure (but remember there are risks).

As with other weight loss regimens, reducing love handles requires three basic steps. These are - Balanced diet (most of the calorie should come from protein and carbohydrate, avoid foods that give you empty calories like alcohol, and fast foods), general aerobic exercise that will take care of fat burning and your heart condition too, and lastly exercises that focus on toning your abdominal muscles.

Exercise 1

Lie down on you back on a smooth, flat surface. Keep your arms beside your body. Now lift your legs up as far as you can. Be careful; do not bend your knees. Lift about 2 feet from the ground. Hold the position for 5 seconds. Then slowly put them down again. Do the same procedure again. Start with 5 reps initially. You can gradually increase the reps.

Exercise 2

Again, lie down on the same surface on your stomach. Try to lift your legs from the ground. Do not bend your knees. Lift your legs for about 1- 1 feet from the ground. Hold there for 5 seconds. Gradually drop your legs. Do 5 reps in a single sitting.

Exercise 3

Lie down on your back. Keep your feet straight in the air. Cross your hands over your chest. Try to bring your elbows to your knees by flexing the abdomen. If you have a history of low back in jury, do not go for this exercise.

A combination of diet, exercise and the right amount of sleep habits are the answer to losing love handles fast. The role of regular exercise is insurmountable in achieving the goal. If you don't change your eating habits, drink enough water, and get the right kind of exercise your efforts will be for not. You have to combine diet and exercise to get the right results.

The best way to lose love handles is with a balanced diet and some good stomach exercises.

How to Lose Weight Very Fast Part 2

The first part of this series addressed the nutritional component of this equation.

In that article I laid the foundation to the kind of diet you need to consume in order to achieve "maximum weight loss in minimum time."

Before we dive in to today's lesson I think we need to make an important distinction: If you want to lose weight "very fast" then yes it is possible but it requires more focus.

Sure, you can lose weight by not changing your lifestyle dramatically but you can't make "dramatic changes very fast" without making dramatic changes in your lifestyle.

Makes sense, right?

OK, onward.

Part 2 of this series is exercise.

Here is what I want you to focus on:

Building Muscle. Well get to why in a bit...

But read on b/c this probably isn't going to be your typical advice.

See, most people have no clue how to build muscle.

When they hear this kind of advice they instinctively think "oh, I know that."

But when I look around at my local gym I can tell you that I know this isn't this case.

See building muscles begins with strength training (weight lifting, body weight workouts...etc -->whatever you want to do)

But this only where it begins.

Do know how muscles are REALLY developed?

I'm not going to go into a full blown discussion about muscle fibers, "the pump" and for the purpose of this article I'll assume you don't care. This might even by the truth. ;o)

Here the bottom line: Muscles develop through STRESS.

How do you create stress? You create stress by exercises your muscles to failure.

See, everyone wants to make this complicated.

"Do this routine." "Do that routine." "No that routines the best"

The TRUTH is that it doesn't matter what you do.

It matters how you do it.

Do whatever you want.

But if you are not experiencing muscular failure than you are not maximizes your muscular development.

Period.

Now, how many of your sets should result in muscular failure?

That depends but I would say somewhere in between 25-75%.

And let's be clear about what muscular failure is: it means FAILING!

In essence it means that you can't complete another repetition. You FAIL on your last one.

Now when you begin to apply this simple principle the results will be very exciting. Trust me.

You're body will begin burning lots of energy in order to fuel the growth of the muscles and that energy will come from fat.

Because unlike a body builder you are not going to consume lots of calories right? So instead of getting bigger you're simply going to get leaner.
